After many months of tinkering and tweaking, our team is proud to announce that Kintopia is officially up and running!

Kintopia is the global company blog of Japanese groupware developer Cybozu and its U.S. affiliate Kintone. Every Tuesday evening (U.S.)/Wednesday morning (Japan), we'll be posting new content that explores the frontiers of the future of work, shines a spotlight on recent trends in company culture, and discusses the relationship between corporations and society.

It's undeniable that the business world is changing all around us. More and more companies are providing their employees with enticing amenities, from more relaxed business attire and fancy lunch bars to flexible hours and remote work. Executives are increasingly engaging in philanthropy, dedicating significant resources to social and environmental projects. At the same time, we are also in the age of the megacorporation, where profits and market share reign supreme.
