Eitaro Hino

Eitaro is a Japanese writer and columnist who previously worked as both a manager and an employee. Having experienced firsthand the contradictions of Japanese working life, he decided to set up his corporate emancipation blog, where he regularly publishes his thoughts. He has also published several books on corporate emancipation, motivation in the workplace, and building a friendlier work environment.
